Shipping Policy

Delivery times
If for some reason there is a deviation, you will be notified of this. If only part of your order is on stock, we will ship it out to you and send the remaining items to you as soon as we are able free of charge.

All orders are shipped to you from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Extended delivery time
With some of our products a message "Extended delivery period (est. X days)" is shown, meaning this product is in stock in our overseas warehouse and requires an estimated additional X days before we are able to ship it to you. Depending on the season and our logistic partners, this number may vary between 5 and 14 days and is of course our best estimate.

Shipping and  shipping costs
When you place an order of over €100,-  you receive free basic shipping within the European Union. 

Shipping company
Almost all of our orders will be shipped by DHL and UPS, exceptions can be made upon request. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number from your shipment. With this number you can track your order.

If you are not at home the carrier will try to deliver your shipment the next day. If you are not at home on the second delivery attempt, you are able to pick up your shipment within 2 weeks at their nearest office. Of course you'll receive a notification of this.

Shipping to non EU countries
For orders bought from and shipped to countries which are not part of the European Union, VAT will not be charged by us. Upon receiving your order, VAT (and importing duties) could be charged by the local customs organisation. For questions regarding the local VAT & importing duties regulations, please contact your local customs organisation.
